Job Description:
Develop and implement a product strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and goals.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities for new products or product enhancements.
Work closely with the engineering and design teams to ensure that products are developed on time and within budget.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create go-to-market strategies and campaigns for new products.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success and work with teams to optimize performance.
Manage product roadmaps, timelines, and budgets.
Monitor the competitive landscape and adjust product strategy and positioning accordingly.
Desired Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully developing and launching products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Deep understanding of the Photo Editing industry trends, technology, and customer needs.
