iOS Software Engineer, Employee Experience & Productivity

We are looking for a passionate and experienced iOS Engineer to lead the development of applications across iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and tvOS. This is an outstanding opportunity for a leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, product, and user experience. You will lead the technical direction and execution of a small team of talented client engineers. You will drive the technical architecture and ensure operational excellence and play a key role in shaping the product's future by engaging directly with our users, contributing to UX design, and influencing the product roadmap. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who is comfortable designing system architecture or coding a new feature and conducting user research or triaging a production issue.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.

3+ years of software development experience with the iOS SDK, including taking features from ideas, through the development process, and into production.

Experience with iOS Frameworks (including UIKit or SwiftUI) and back-end integration.

Excellent communication skills, with experience engaging directly with users and stakeholders.

Care deeply about end-user experiences.

Aptitude to independently learn new technologies.

Passion for product quality and attention to detail.

Understanding of modern software development methodologies, architecture, and design.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear product requirements.

Knowledge of clean architecture patterns, such as VIPER, MVVM.

Familiarity with media security technologies like FairPlay DRM or video watermarking.
