CDL Class A Driver

This position is field-based and involves critical tasks related to hazardous waste clean-up, site remediation, equipment decontamination, and the handling of hazardous materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Prioritize health and safety by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.

Operate commercial trucks and provide support to field laborers in a collaborative team environment.

Operate a variety of Class A trucks effectively.

Load and unload trucks as necessary.

Engage in manual labor on-site to meet the needs of our customers.

Ensure vehicles are properly placarded in compliance with company and DOT regulations.

Maintain accurate daily logs, time sheets, and reports.

Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations for safety and environmental health.

Be prepared to respond to emergencies on a rotating on-call basis.

Qualifications:

Must possess a valid Class A CDL.

Ability to obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsements within 90 days of employment.

Familiarity with various mobile devices.

Willingness and ability to perform physical tasks as required by the job.

Ability to pass a background check, drug test, and physical examination.

Meets facial hair standards as required by OSHA's Respiratory Protection Standard.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous commercial driving experience.

Existing Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.

Experience dealing with hazardous materials.

Skilled in operating manual transmissions.

Prior experience in manual labor roles.
