ENT (Otolaryngology) Opportunity in North Mississippi

Practice Overview
Full-service ENT program with complete autonomy
General otolaryngology procedures with optional facial trauma coverage
Outpatient clinic with dedicated OR blocks for surgical cases
Opportunity to develop allergy and audiology services over time
Schedule
Full-time schedule, 4.5 days per week
Dedicated OR blocks (3-4 hours, multiple times per week)
Flexible clinic and procedural time allocation
Manageable call schedule supporting work-life balance
Compensation & Benefits
$650,000 Base salary aligned with 75th percentile MGMA benchmarks
$75,000 Signing bonus, relocation assistance, residency/fellowship stipend, and more

Candidate Requirements
Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology
Eligible for Mississippi medical licensure
Comfort with both outpatient and surgical ENT procedures
