Recovery Coordinator

Waythrough launched in October 2024 following the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship.

Our vision is to break down the barriers that stop people getting the support they need to live a life they value.

We tackle poverty and disadvantage in communities, through mental health, drug and alcohol, housing and related support.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our South Cumbria RSC Team as a Recovery Co-ordinator.

This is a diverse and rewarding role where you’ll play a vital part in helping people move forward in their recovery journey.

You’ll be part of our multi-disciplinary South Cumbria RSC Team, which includes Recovery Coordinators, Positive Change Workers, Prescribers, Outreach Workers, Individual Placement Specialists, and Volunteers.

We’re a supportive and welcoming team, passionate about promoting recovery for those we work with and making a positive difference in our local community.
