CYP Outreach Worker

At Change Grow Live, we’re launching an exciting new service — the Liverpool River Service — and we’re looking for passionate people to help shape and deliver it from the ground up.

As a Community Outreach & Engagement Worker, you’ll play a vital role in connecting with individuals aged 16 - 25 who are often furthest from support.

Whether it’s people affected by substance use, street homelessness, or complex needs, you’ll be a visible, trusted presence — engaging people where they are, building relationships, and supporting them to access the help they need.
