Job Description
We are looking for a technical support specialist that is available to do on-site work as well as remote helpdesk. Experience working with a MSP is preferred. We need someone who can diagnose our customers issues from root cause to solution and document cases. We need a team player that can communicate well with peers as well as offering great Customer Service whether it is in person or remote.
Business Hours: Monday through Friday; 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
We offer project hours pay for any work completed outside of the specified time frame of your shift.
On - call One weekend in rotation with all tech support specialists from 1030am - 4pm.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
Recommend hardware and software improvements
Track customer issues and resolutions via Ticketing System
Qualifications:
Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Positive and professional demeanor
Experience with remote tools
