You’ll be part of our Compliance Team, learning how companies make sure hiring, onboarding, and workforce processes follow the rules (yep, there’s a lot that happens behind the scenes!). Think of it as the perfect mix of HR operations, employment law, and real-world business practice.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Onboarding support: Helping with I-9s, E-Verify, and background checks.

Tracking & organizing: Keeping up with work authorization records and compliance trackers.

Inbox hero: Responding to and escalating compliance questions.

Audit prep: Collecting and organizing onboarding docs like a pro.

Process improvement: Contributing ideas and helping the team run smoother.

Reports & research: Getting comfortable with HR systems while learning about compliance laws.

What We’re Looking For:

A current student (or recent grad) studying HR, Business, Legal Studies, or something related.

Someone organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

Comfortable writing professional emails and handling confidential info.

Curious about compliance and how HR teams keep everything running smoothly.

Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

The Schedule:

Minimum 15 hours a week.

Open to 40 hours if you’re available.

Flexible around classes and exams.
