Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field 2 yrs experience as a Purchaser or in a similar procurement role Strong negotiation and communication skills Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions Attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management principles Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations Responsibilities: Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery time Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors Prepare and process purchase orders Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed Ensure timely delivery of goods and services Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation Collaborate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs Resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations
