Job Title: Technical Solutions Specialist (AR / MR / XR Technologies) Location: Sto. Domingo, Angeles City Schedule: Monday to Friday, Morning Shift (7:00AM-4:00PM) Salary: Competitive Salary Start Date: Immediate In this role, you’ll play a key part in integrating and supporting cutting-edge Augmented Reality (AR), Mixed Reality (MR), and Extended Reality (XR) solutions. You’ll collaborate with clients, engineers, and the sales team to drive seamless implementation and deliver top-tier support that fuels innovation. What we're looking for:

Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Experience in system integration, technical support, or emerging tech.

Comfortable with Android troubleshooting/configuration.

Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, ITIL) are highly preferred

Strong communication skills—especially explaining tech to non-tech audiences.

Self-driven, collaborative, and eager to learn and grow.

Experience as an Android developer is a significant advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

System Integration: Deploy and configure AR/MR/XR hardware and software systems for optimal performance.

troubleshooting & Support: Be the go-to expert for diagnosing and resolving technical issues—especially with smart wearables and Android-based devices.

Communication & Support: Effectively communicate with clients, educating them on system and hardware integration procedures, and providing comprehensive training.

Sales Support: Partner with the sales team to tailor solutions that align with customer goals.

Best Practices & Compliance: Ensure all systems and processes comply with industry standards and company protocols.

Planning & Coordination: Plan integration strategies, meet project deadlines, and work cross-functionally to guarantee success.
