Job Title:Director of Recruitment & Outreach, Graduate Business Programs

Department:Fisher College Graduate Programs Administration

Directs the graduate recruiting and outreach efforts for the Fisher College of Business graduate programs. In coordination with the Sr. Director(s) for Admissions and Enrollment, Executive Director, Associate Dean and the Fisher Marketing and Communications team you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that attract and convert prospects to a completed application (includes setting strategy to target audience segments, engaging prospective students using various channels/medias, in coordination with Marketing & Communications, manage the production of print collateral, web content, email outreach, digital marketing and social media content to support recruiting and admissions objectives). Responsible for overall top of the admissions funnel strategies, tactics and metrics. Leads a team of recruiters and a marketing associate to ensure prospects entering the top of the funnel convert to a completed application. Directs the strategic planning process to identify audience segments and develop recruiting plans and communications that attract those audience segments. Oversees recruitment and outreach budgets for all graduate programs.

Weekend and evening hours may be required, as well as domestic and international travel.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field of study or equivalent combination of education. 7 years' experience setting strategy and implementing recruitment and/or outreach plans. Experience in graduate or undergraduate admission/recruiting, marketing or related experience. Experience providing direct supervision of a team and ensuring high-quality services are delivered. Strong entrepreneurial mindset and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate a proven ability to analyze unique situations and develop creative and innovative solutions. Partners with faculty and staff support program development, student success initiatives, and strategic planning. Ability to multi-task and shift priorities based on business operations.

Desired Qualifications

Experience working in a CRM system with strong knowledge of how the sales/recruitment funnel works.
