Description

Conduct evaluations for patients in both inpatient and outpatient contexts, devising personalized treatment strategies

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution Certifications

State licensure as a Physical Therapist

CPR certification is preferred
