Your Role

Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' individual needs to create bespoke therapy plans that encourage functional achievements

Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams: Partner with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, holistic patient care

Guide Patients and Families: Educate patients and their families about therapeutic techniques that foster continued progress at home

Assess Progress and Adapt: Monitor clinical outcomes and revise treatment strategies as necessary, ensuring patients remain on their path to recovery Qualifications

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution

Commitment to ongoing education, with post-graduate certifications encouraged and supported Licenses and Certifications

Maintained Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

Pursuit of NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory Essential Skills
