We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager (Fixed Term 12 months)

Department overview:

Business transformation and the PMO team is the umbrella term for making fundamental changes in how MK EMEA runs. This includes processes, technology and people changes. The PMO team enables the organization to compete more effectively, become more efficient, and to pivot in constantly changing environment.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll have to support the PMO roadmap, managing directly projects and initiatives to make the organization more efficient with a special focus in the Supply Chain area.

You Will act as a change agent, being connected to the business front line to truly understand its need and supporting the leadership team in articulating the change story and establishing the right pace.

You will support the Company strategy deployment and will play a key role in the management of the development of the Company, being able to create a strong partnership with different departments and drive cross-functional core process redesign initiatives to link activities, functions and information in new ways to achieve breakthrough improvements in cost, quality, and timeliness.

You will be responsible for the definition, coordination, implementation, control and completion of projects to scope / time / budget as agreed with the Project Sponsor, in alignment with Company strategic objectives and with the governance / methodology / standards defined by the Group (Capri).

You will also support the Junior members of the team with training in the PMO methodology, document creation and overall guiding through the projects.

Project Management

Working in partnership with finance and controlling team to develop solid business cases

Defining and agreeing project budget and financial KPI with the business

Facilitating the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with Sponsors and Business Partners

Developing full scale project plans and their related schedules/timelines

Defining project teams and governance models to facilitate senior management sponsorship and decision making

Tracking project progress / deliverables and providing constant visibility to all stakeholders to ensure risks are mitigated, issues are resolved, and decisions are taken.

Identifying and managing dependencies with other projects

Controlling / pulse checking project budgets

You’ll Need to Have:

University Degree in Engineering, economics or Management studies

Demonstrable experience of Project Planning and Management including knowledge of project management methodologies (waterfall, agile,..)- at least 5 years +

Experience of systems implementation

Understanding of the retail operating model specially the Supply Chain area

System deployment experience

Computer literate, proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Experience in projects in the following areas as a plus: Supply chain, System implementation, 3PL implementation

Experience in Management / Operational consulting and Fashion / Retail companies as a plus

PM Certification as a plus
