CREW LEADER PT 3RD SHIFT

Pay: 3rd shift- $21.50 per hr.

Schedule: 16 hours per week- Saturday and Sunday 11:00pm-7:30am Overview Licking/Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc.

Job Duties: * Supervise others in a warehouse setting * Schedule, coordinate and oversee all work of staff * Inspect for quality control to ensure standards are met * Provide training to associates * Recommend corrective actions as appropriate * Assist with general cleaning tasks as needed * All other duties as assigned Basic Requirements: * Management experience preferred * Maintain accurate records * Must be 18 years or older * Pass a pre-employment drug screen (includes THC) * Pass a criminal background check * Lift up to 35 pounds * Climb stairs, bend, stoop, and reach * Walking long distances * Customer service skills as well as communicate well with the public * Work unsupervised for long periods of time * Wear safety PPE (steel toed boots, vest and bump cap) provided by Goodwill, but must be returned upon leaving the company or $100 will be deducted from last pay check Skills/Abilities: * Good customer service skills * Meet quality control standards * Meet attendance standards JOB ID: 142 10/2/25-11/5/25 EOE/AA/NGS/VET/Disability
