Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sales Deal Structuring Specialist to work 3 days a week in our Lehi office. This individual will play a key role in structuring profitable and compliant transactions to maximize revenue and enhance the effectiveness of our North America Digital Marketing Sales team. The specialist will manage first-line approvals, deal structuring, and expedite deal closures while ensuring adherence to corporate policies and revenue recognition standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day deal approval process and collaborate with sales teams.

Prepare, review, and certify customer contracts to ensure compliance and revenue optimization.

Implement and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and revenue recognition guidelines.

Facilitate cross-functional communication to articulate deal value clearly and consistently.

Evaluate and recommend improvements for current processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Must-Have Skills:

Proficient in financial principles relevant to deal structuring and sales finance.

Strong capability in drafting and analyzing binding sales agreements.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders. Industry Experience:

Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience.

Proven experience in Finance Planning & Analysis, Sales Finance, Sales Operations, or Deal Desk functions, especially within a software or digital marketing domain.

Experience with software revenue recognition accounting standards (SOP 97-2 or related). ABOUT AKRAYA
