What You’ll Do

Set up and maintain safe, compliant work zones

Control traffic flow and ensure public safety

Support crew leaders with setup, client communication, and field reporting

Mentor newer crew members and help drive site efficiency

What You Need to Succeed

A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Prior experience in traffic control or construction flagging (certification preferred, but not required — we will train and certify)

Ability to stand for 8–12 hours, walk 1–2 miles/day, lift up to 50 lbs, and work outdoors in all conditions

Strong safety mindset, teamwork, and reliability
