What You Will Do at ODM: Office: Legal Counsel Bureau: Program Integrity Classification: External Audit Supervisor (PN 20102554) Job Overview: The Ohio Department of Medicaid is seeking a professional to help improve health services for students across the state.

This position manages audit activities for the Medicaid in Schools Program (MSP) to assist participating Ohio schools obtain federal and/or state reimbursement for providing healthcare services to their students.

As an MSP Audit Manager, your responsibilities will include: * Monitoring MSP providers for fiscal & programmatic compliance * Reviewing cost reports submitted to ODM for Medicaid School Program * Performing an annual risk assessment to monitor billing agents, Certified Public Accountants, participating school districts, community schools, Educational Service Centers and other identified MSP administrative participants) * Monitoring of the selected Random Moment Time Study vendor * Reviewing state and federal rules and regulations to establish audit policies and procedures * Responding to provider, third party and/or governmental agency inquiries Completion of undergraduate core coursework in accounting, business administration; computer science or related field; 4 yrs.
