LendHI is a rapidly growing brand in the acrylic bath remodeling industry. We offer custom bath remodeling that enriches the lives of those we touch with bathrooms that are attractive, durable, and maintenance-free.

We are seeking Outbound Appointment Setters to join our winning remote team. This is an exciting opportunity to earn a competitive income while helping homeowners improve their living spaces. Both part-time (25+ hours) and full-time positions are available.

Position Overview:

As an Outbound Appointment Setter, your role is to contact homeowners by phone, deliver a brief pitch, and set qualified appointments for our free in-home consultations. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and previous experience in a call center or phone sales environment.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to homeowners from provided leads

Deliver and adjust scripted pitches as needed

Handle questions and objections with professionalism

Gather and input homeowner information accurately

Schedule and confirm appointments for our sales team

Perform follow-up calls as needed

Maintain and update call logs and lead reports

Requirements:

Call center or phone sales experience highly preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong customer service orientation

Basic computer proficiency

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Must reside in the United States. Must have your own laptop and reliable internet connection

Phone system and training provided

Compensation:

$20 per hour + commission
