Do you have proven soldering experience?
Can you consistently show up and deliver with reliable attendance?
Are you detail-oriented and comfortable handling small components?
Can you follow specifications, routing steps, and test procedures from start to finish?
Are you able to lift up to 25 lbs and use basic computer skills?
Can you read and comprehend work instructions in English?What you’ll do
Use hand soldering to complete assemblies coming off automated equipment, repairing bridges and ensuring strong, clean joints
Perform mechanical assembly, clipping, and cleaning as needed
Apply documentation and specifications to build consistent, high-quality product
De-panel printed circuit boards with care and precision
Inspect small parts visually for accuracy and quality
Contribute to the team with other duties as assignedHours and pay
1st shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00am–1:00pm
