About the Role: In this role, you will: * Coordinate the quality program operations of Ohio's regional long-term care ombudsman programs.
* Develop, implement, and monitor policies, plans, and quality performance standards for regional programs.
* Conduct quality reviews of Ombudsman initiatives and operations, including complaint handling, advocacy, facility presence, and volunteer management.
* Analyze data to inform policies, procedures, and quality improvement strategies for Ombudsman Core Practices.
* Prepare reports, draft action plans, and make recommendations to leadership based on program performance and outcomes.
* Support the Designation Services Review (DSR) process and collaborate with state staff to ensure consistent quality standards statewide.
* Develop tools and resources to evaluate program engagement, training effectiveness, operational efficiency, and consumer satisfaction.
* Deliver and present training on quality improvement at certification programs and continuing education events.
* Assist with data quality initiatives, system improvements, and alignment with federal and state best practices.
