Security Clearance: * Applicant must hold or be able to obtain an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.
Key Responsibilities: General Tasking Description: The responsibilities highlight a significant focus on coordination, documentation, and meeting support related to ILS.
You'd be heavily involved in: * Issue Management: Identifying and preparing responses for ILS issues during various program reviews (PSMTs, QPRs, BWSRs, ILA/LSA). * Meeting Coordination & Support: Assisting with, participating in, coordinating, and documenting various ILS meetings (PSMT, LSA, LHA/LPD ILS meetings). This includes recording minutes, providing logistical support, briefing, and tracking action items.
* Documentation & Quality Assurance: Assessing and providing feedback on ILS documentation, draft instructions, and product deliverables.
This also includes assisting in the development of logistics support plans (LCSP, DMSMS) and considering logistics in program planning.
* Data Management: Managing and updating action item databases and performing tasks within an Integrated Data Environment (IDE), such as folder creation and document uploads.
* CDRL Support: Serving as the primary backup for coordinating Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) efforts for logistic products related to LHA.
Experience Requirements: * 5-7 years of professional experience, with a "High Mid-Level" indicating 7-10 years.
* Strong computer and analytical skills are required * Effective communication skills, both written and oral * Must be proficient in using Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Educational & Certification Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in any discipline or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree.
Travel: The role requires the ability to travel 10% of the time, so flexibility for occasional travel is needed.
