Athletic Trainer - Spine Rehabilitation Center

FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days

Pay: $25.80 - $38.70 / hour (based on relevant experience)

Summary: Join our dedicated team as an Athletic Trainer providing direct patient care in a medical office setting focused on spinal rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and plan care for patients to optimize outcomes and resource utilization.

Monitor and document patient status, effectively communicating findings across disciplines.

Assist healthcare providers in executing prescribed care plans and applying necessary devices (casts, splints, braces).

Educate patients and their families on procedures and care plans to facilitate understanding and compliance.

Utilize critical thinking and decisive judgment to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree with ongoing education in the field.

Licensure/Certification: NATA-BOC Certified Athletic Trainer, State of Colorado Athletic Trainer License (LAT), Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year in an orthopedic setting delivering direct patient care and collaborating with orthopedic/sports medicine physicians.

Must have a current BLS or CPR certification valid through at least 60 days post-hire.
