Now Hiring: Patient Registration Associate

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment? Join a leading outpatient clinic in Baltimore as a Patient Registration Associate and make a meaningful impact every day.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in/out patients with professionalism and warmth

Verify insurance and schedule appointments using EPIC EMR

Answer incoming calls and assist with patient inquiries

Coordinate with providers to ensure timely patient care

Maintain accuracy and efficiency in a high-volume setting

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required

Minimum 1 year of experience in medical front desk, patient registration, or healthcare customer service

Strong computer and administrative skills

EPIC experience is a plus

Must demonstrate excellent customer service and phone etiquette

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
