Quality Inspector – Sheet Metal

Location: Anoka, MN

Job Type: Contract-to-Hire

Pay: $22–\$30/hr (based on shift and experience)

Shifts Available:

1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Mon–Fri, occasional Sat)

2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 1:30 AM (Mon–Fri, occasional Sat)

3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 8:30 AM (Sun–Fri, occasional Sat)

Weekend Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Fri–Sun)

Overtime: Mandatory when scheduled, with advance notice. Sunday double-time available for qualifying employees.Position Overview

Perform in-process inspections of sheet metal parts (welds, holes, angles, bends).

Compare parts against blueprints to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Accurately document inspection results and communicate findings.Required Skills

Experience using calipers and micrometers.

Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints.

Minimum 2 years of inspection experience in a manufacturing setting.

Preferred: Experience inspecting sheet metal components.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
