Schedule: 4 days per week
Monday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Thursday: Off
Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PMPosition Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our inpatient facility in Dublin, OH. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced professionals and new graduates to thrive in a supportive and collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities
Provide superior patient care and service, making the patient the top priority while exhibiting excellent chairside manner.
Partner with the team to ensure a respectful, collaborative, and efficient workplace.
Maintain patient schedules to minimize wait times.
Educate patients on oral hygiene, procedures, and ongoing care plans.
Perform all clinical hygiene functions, including:
Evaluating X-rays and reviewing medical histories
Performing adult/child prophylaxis and non-surgical periodontal therapy
Co-assessing treatment plans with the doctor
Complete periodontal charting per guidelines.
Ensure patient confidentiality through full HIPAA compliance.Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred
State-registered Dental Hygienist
Local Anesthesia license required
Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental office (new graduates also accepted)
Experience with EMR and knowledge of medical terminology preferredBenefits
