**Job Description**
The Aircraft Maintenance Engineers will be responsible for performing heavy maintenance checks on Q400 and ATR 172 aircrafts, ensuring their safety and operational readiness.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform heavy maintenance checks on Q400 and ATR 172 aircrafts.
+ Conduct thorough inspections and troubleshoot any issues found.
+ Execute corrosion repairs and line maintenance tasks.
+ Install new components and repair existing ones as necessary.
+ Ensure compliance with aviation standards and safety regulations.
**Essential Skills**
+ 3-5 years of experience in heavy maintenance.
+ Proficiency in aircraft maintenance and inspection.
+ Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues.
+ Experience with corrosion repair and line maintenance.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Knowledge of blueprint reading.
+ Experience in heavy check procedures.
+ Certification as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME).

**Work Environment**
The work environment is based on a hangar shop floor and at YEG airport, operating in a team-based setup. The schedule is flexible, offering work days from Monday to Saturday between 7am to 7pm, with the option to choose 8-12 hour shifts.
