What you’ll be doing – The Role
As Route Driver/ Service Technician, you will play a dynamic support role by delivering products to customers and performing basic service and maintenance tasks. This flexible and hands-on position is vital to maintaining efficient daily operations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Route Driver Duties:
Serves as backup to our Route Drivers
Safely operate company vehicles to deliver and pick up products or equipment.
Follow delivery schedules and ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Load and unload goods, verifying the accuracy of delivery contents.
Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues as needed.

Service Technician Duties:
Perform basic service tasks, such as assembling, installing, or repairing equipment as needed.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues with products or machinery.
Provide excellent customer service during on-site visits.
Report any major service issues to the appropriate department for follow-up.

Benched Equipment Duties:
Perform detailed diagnostics, repairs, and testing of equipment brought back to the warehouse.
Dissemble, clean, and rebuild benched machines.
Test repaired equipment to ensure proper functionality.
General Support:
Fill in across roles to support seamless operations, including assisting other team members.
Communicate effectively with warehouse, service techs, drivers and customer service teams to coordinate tasks.
Assist in special projects, such as equipment setup or warehouse reorganizations.

Requirements
What you’ll bring – The Person:
Valid Driver’s License for at least 2 years
Past driving experience preferred
Repeatedly lift and carry coffee and bottled water products weighing up to 50 pounds
Ability to climb in and out of delivery vehicle multiple times per day.
