**Sales Manager – Cameroon**
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Sales Manager** to lead our sales operations in Cameroon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies to drive sales growth, building strong relationships with clients and distributors, and leading a motivated sales team to achieve revenue targets.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share.
* Manage and mentor the sales team to ensure performance and productivity.
* Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
* Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis.
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience in sales management, preferably within Cameroon or West Africa.
* Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
