We are seeking a highly motivated Chemist to join our R&D team focused on the development of next-generation decorative laminates, non-textile flooring (NTF), and thermoplastic materials for aircraft interior applications. This role will advance innovation in polymer chemistry, coatings, and film technologies that comply with all OEM and FAA/EASA flame, smoke, and toxicity (FST) requirements, while delivering lightweight, durable, and visually sophisticated products that surpass customer expectations. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in polymer science, product development, and bench-scale formulation work. Experience with small-scale polymer synthesis and subsequent scale-up to pilot-plant quantities is highly desirable.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
