Job title: Technical Sales Manager — HDPE Butt-Fusion Machines
Location: Bahrain (on-site) — employer assists with visa/sponsorship
Education: Bachelor’s in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering OR Business/Sales/Marketing with strong technical experience. MBA/diploma in sales management is a plus.
Experience: Minimum 5 years B2B/project sales; 2 years directly with HDPE fusion equipment (butt fusion / electrofusion). Rental/fleet experience preferred.
Technical knowledge: Understanding of industrial machinery and PE piping systems (PE80/PE100); able to read basic technical drawings/specs (AutoCAD/SolidWorks familiarity helpful); knowledge of fusion procedure basics (facing, heating, fusion pressure, cooling, fusion logs) and relevant QA/standards.
Sales & business skills: Tendering/quotation experience, strong CRM & pipeline management, negotiation skills, ability to build long-term client relationships with contractors, consultants and procurement teams.
Leadership & communication: Able to train/guide junior engineers or reps, present to clients, and coordinate with service/warehouse teams.
Other: Valid driving license; willing to travel locally/regionally; fluent English (Hindi/Arabic an advantage); customer-oriented problem solver.
