Practice Overview

Partner with an established physician transitioning out of practice for a turn-key opportunity

Provide full-spectrum gastroenterology, including ERCP, EGD, colonoscopy, and advanced procedures

Dedicated endoscopy suite with expansion plans and full anesthesia support

Robust ancillary services on-site (MRI, CT, ultrasound, x-ray, labs)

Schedule

4 - 4.5 days per week

3 days dedicated to endoscopy procedures / OR time, remainder in outpatient clinic

Call shared on a 1:3 rotation with excellent hospitalist and emergency medicine support

Schedule flexibility to match procedural and clinical interests

Compensation & Benefits

$755,000 Base salary at the 75th percentile MGMA for 4.5-5 days per week

Production bonuses with quarterly or annual payouts

Signing bonus ($75k), relocation assistance, residency stipend, and loan repayment options

30 days PTO, 5 days CME + $3,000 allowance, full malpractice with tail coverage, comprehensive health benefits, and retirement plans with employer match

Candidate Requirements

Board-certified or board-eligible in Gastroenterology

Proficiency in ERCP required; EUS and advanced endoscopy welcomed

Eligible for Mississippi medical licensure

J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship available
