Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in telespeech services for K-12 students. This role supports speech and language development in a virtual school setting based in Columbus, OH, serving a diverse student population across all grade levels.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting prehensive speech and language evaluations remotely
Delivering evidence-based speech therapy through telepractice platforms
Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to support individualized education plans (IEPs)
Documenting progress and maintaining accurate records in pliance with relevant regulations
Adjusting therapy techniques based on student needs and response to treatment
Preferred qualifications:
Valid SLP license applicable to Ohio practice
Experience providing telespeech services, particularly to K-12 learners
Strong understanding of speech and language disorders mon in school-age children
Proficiency with teletherapy technology platforms and remote munication tools
Effective munication skills and ability to engage students virtually
