HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Columbus, Ohio.

Schedule: Weekdays and some weekends

Requirements:

Active Ohio RN license

Years of Experience: 2 year(s) [With strong acute care experience]

BCLS and IV certification

EPIC experience preferred

Strong communication, critical thinking, and multitasking skills

Travel experience a plus

Patient Ratios: 1:4

Float Required: Yes (will be required to float to different units within the OSU organization as needed)

Key Responsibilities:

Start and manage IVs

Administer medications safely

Monitor vitals and patient responses

Educate patients on treatments and self-care

Collaborate with the care team on patient plans

Use EPIC EMR for charting

Float to lower acuity units if needed

Follow hospital policies and maintain patient safety
