Overview: A global engineering and manufacturing company is seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Product Manager to lead product development, profitability, and cross-functional collaboration across a diverse portfolio of engineered and manufactured products (not software or digital).

Key Responsibilities of Senior Product Manager:

Develop and execute NPI/ NPD product roadmaps

Lead strategic initiatives and cross-functional innovation

Support P&L management and margin analysis

Mentor Product Managers and drive team performance

Scope business cases and manage CAPEX investments

Conduct market and competitor analysis

Requirements for Senior Product Manager Role:

Degree in Engineering or Business

Proven experience in Product Management of physical products

Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills

Familiarity with NPD, SIOP, and Engineering Change processes
