Job Responsibilities

Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members and guests at the front desk.

Drive appointments through member referrals, networking, presentations, public demonstrations, system tools, and outreach calls.

Conduct follow-up with prospects, provide engaging gym tours, and guide them through the membership enrollment process.

Demonstrate strong knowledge of membership options, services, and gym equipment to effectively support and educate members.

Consistently promote and sell membership services as part of ongoing sales presentations.

Accurately maintain records and data within Crunch Fitness’ VFP Master Systems (TI Log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).

Perform daily facility walk-throughs to uphold cleanliness, safety, and overall club standards.

Compensation: $10.70 - $12.00 per hour
