Job Title: Project DesignerJob Description We are seeking a talented Project Designer to join our team, with a focus on designing in Revit for commercial, retail, mixed-use, science and technology, hospitality, and multi-family residential projects.
You will manage junior staff and foster an environment of encouragement and growth.
Responsibilities + Design in Revit for multi-family and housing projects.
+ Create renderings and construction documentation.
+ Manage junior staff, providing guidance and support.
+ Cultivate a positive and encouraging work environment.
+ Participate in exciting and high-profile projects in large metropolitan cities on the East Coast.
+ Engage in emerging markets such as pharmaceuticals, labs/research, and science and technology.
Essential Skills + Minimum of 2 years of architectural experience.
+ Proficiency in architectural material and systems detailing.
+ Proficiency in envelope systems design.
+ Experience with construction administration, codes, and regulatory processes.
+ Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
Additional Skills & Qualifications + Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is preferred.
Work Environment Work in a Class A office space located in Harbor East.
Limited remote work is offered, and candidates should be prepared to commute daily.
The office maintains a mid-sized feel with 94 employees, promoting a family atmosphere while offering growth potential and work-life balance.
Regular annual raises and bonuses based on company performance are provided.
Opportunities for ownership are available once at the associate level.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Baltimore, Maryland.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.84 - $37.50/hr.
