It provides Independent Living and a comprehensive retirement living option for adults over the age of 62 by offering an Active Adult Community, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing Care and Memory Care, all centrally located on one campus.

Jefferson's Ferry Life Plan Community is seeking an enthusiastic Senior Living Sales Advisor to provide sales activities for assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing and rehabilitation services, as well as develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed the sales and move-in goals. The Sales Advisor will continuously maximize occupancy and achieve budgeted census and revenue goals. Serving as a liaison with the local business and healthcare community to develop and maintain referral source relationships is also an important responsibility.

In this role, you will:

Respond to phone inquiries, set appointments with qualified leads, and close sales.

Conduct presentations to prospective residents and/or family members and key decision makers.

Responsible for coordinating internal transfers from Independent Living to Assisted Living/Memory Support.

Pre-qualify potential customers so that sales efforts expended are in proportion to their urgency and appropriateness for the community.

Coordinate assessments of potential residents to determine appropriateness for admission.

Maintain an accurate, complete, and up-to-date database, in CRM, of referral and lead contacts and activity.

We require:

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Prior experience in a health care sales environment preferred.
