Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in the banking domain to gather and analyze business requirements, support project implementation, and act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a good understanding of banking processes and products.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.

Analyze and map current business processes in the banking domain.

Identify gaps, issues, and opportunities for process improvement.

Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.

Support testing and validation of new systems or enhancements.

Work closely with business users, developers, QA, and project managers.

Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the banking or financial services domain.

Knowledge of banking products (e.g., loans, payments, accounts, credit).

Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Familiarity with tools like MS Excel, Visio, JIRA, or similar.
