Job Description

Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Develop and implement strategies to meet production goals and maintain quality standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Design and test equipment upgrades to optimize performance and safety.

Monitor production metrics and prepare detailed reports for management.

Train and mentor team members on process improvements and new technologies.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

Stay updated on advancements in manufacturing technologies and best practices.

The Successful Applicant

A degree in Engineering or a related field.

Experience in manufacturing or process optimization.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
