* Primarily responsible for operating specific equipment.
* Set up and operate assigned equipment, ensuring production line starts on schedule.
* Examine product and identify any defects.
* Complete daily HACCP documentation and reports as required.
* Keep your assigned area clean and free of debris.
* All other relevant duties to the job.
* Safety is of the utmost importance; ability to adhere to Lock Out/Tag Out procedures, while ensuring all team members around you are also following the safety guidelines.
* Assist in developing and coaching other team members.
