Project Manager
Position Overview
The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate various projects within the healthcare and higher education sectors, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The role involves managing a diverse range of projects, including mission-critical initiatives in K-12 education, construction, light industrial, and warehouse settings.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project completion.
Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors, to gather project requirements and provide updates.
Lead project meetings and prepare progress reports to track project milestones and deliverables.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in healthcare, higher education, or related sectors.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
