Position Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Job Site Foreman to oversee daily field operations on active construction sites. This role is key to ensuring crews, subcontractors, and suppliers work efficiently, safely, and in line with project specifications and schedules. As the on-site leader, you’ll coordinate resources, enforce safety standards, and keep communication flowing with project management.
Responsibilities
Direct, coordinate, and supervise on-site construction activities
Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards
Maintain and enforce strict safety protocols
Work with the Superintendent to meet schedules and deadlines
Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment usage
Resolve issues proactively to avoid project delays
Maintain daily reports of manpower, materials, and progress
Serve as the primary on-site contact for field operations
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of construction experience, including 2 in a supervisory role
Carpentry and/or excavation experience strongly preferred
Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and safety regulations
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
OSHA 30 certification preferred
