We're on the lookout for a dynamic, detail-oriented Property Manager to lead and support our multifamily teams and oversee commercial real estate assets. If you're passionate about real estate and leadership, we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities Include:

Managing day-to-day operations of multifamily and commercial properties

Overseeing and supporting on-site teams with clear, effective leadership

Coordinating tenant screening, lease management, and rent collection

Handling maintenance requests, vendor coordination, and repairs

Ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and local regulations

Performing CAM reconciliations, bill pay, and budget tracking

Administrative duties: filing, scanning, communications, and more

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience in property management (multifamily and/or commercial preferred)

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

A proactive mindset and a solutions-focused attitude

Working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and property management best practices
