What You’ll Do
Generate new leads through calls, networking, and digital channels
Nurture and convert leads into long-term clients
Understand client goals and recommend the right FinGuru products or services
Manage your pipeline from first contact to successful conversion
Collaborate with marketing and advisory teams to improve the quality of leads and conversion rates
Track and report key performance metrics while refining your approach
What You Bring
2–3 years of sales experience (finance, insurance, edtech, or consulting preferred)
Proven ability in lead generation and conversion
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Working toward monthly targets and timelines
A quick learner who can explain financial concepts in simple terms
Self-motivated, disciplined, and growth-oriented
