Full-Time Respiratory Therapist - Float Pool

Location: UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion

Department: Enterprise Float Pool

FTE: Full Time, 0.9, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Nights

Pay: $31.61 - $47.41 / hour. Additional differential of $8/hour for float pool positions, pay is based on experience.

Minimum Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.

Registered as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).

Registered Respiratory Therapist - National.

Respiratory Therapist - State.

Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification.

PALS Certification.

Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification.

BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, valid for at least 60 days after hire.

Your Role:

Provide top-level respiratory care utilizing established protocols and best practices.

Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes for patients.

Prioritize wellness, patient perspectives, and evidence-based practices in your care delivery.

Mentor new healthcare staff and contribute to a learning environment.

Engage with innovative practices in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Support safety and quality initiatives at the point of care.
