The Role

Responsibilities

Develop annual procurement plans and budgets to ensure a stable supply chain

Select, evaluate, and maintain high-quality suppliers to build long-term partnerships

Responsible for negotiating procurement contracts, comparing prices, and reviewing purchase orders

Track the processes of procurement, transportation, and material warehousing

Analyze market trends and forecast price fluctuations and supply risks

Coordinate with the finance department to approve payments and control costs

Prepare procurement records and supplier databases to ensure data integrity

Collaborate with project, warehouse, and logistics departments to optimize inventory levels

Supervise the performance of the procurement team and ensure process compliance

Report procurement costs and efficiency improvement plans regularly to management

Ideal Profile

You have at least 3 years experience ideally as a Buying / Procurement within Real Estate and Transport & Logistics.

You possess excellent negotiating skills with a strong ability to influence people of all levels.

You are a strong networker & relationship builder

You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems

You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
