Job Title: Sr. .Net / Azure Developer

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in .Net and .Net Core development.

Strong expertise in Azure Development (functions, services, cloud-native apps).

Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Good to Have Skills

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

Exposure to SQL / NoSQL databases in Azure ecosystem.

Experience in performance tuning and application optimization. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .Net/.Net Core and Azure services.

Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering and solution design.

Implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.

Ensure high-quality deliverables with focus on performance, scalability, and security.

Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
