Key Responsibilities
• Content Creation & Editing
• Edit and enhance photos and videos for product launches, campaigns, influencer collaborations, and e-commerce listings.
• Ensure all visuals are aligned with brand identity, aesthetic, and campaign objectives.
• Adapt content for multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Shopee, Lazada, website).
• AI Tools & Design Innovation
• Use AI-powered applications for image/video editing, generative visuals, and design enhancement.
• Experiment with AI to create trend-driven and engaging content concepts.
• Collaborate with marketing to generate campaign ideas using AI-based creative workflows.
• Social Media Focus
• Create short-form video content optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Stories.
• Design engaging banners, ads, and thumbnails for paid promotions and influencer content.
• Keep up to date with social media content trends and adapt brand visuals accordingly.
• E-commerce Optimization
• Retouch and format high-quality product images and videos for Shopee, Lazada, and website listings.
• Ensure consistency in product presentation across all sales channels.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to deliver content that maximizes conversion.
Qualifications & Skills
• (cosmetics or lifestyle industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (e.g., MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Canva AI, CapCut AI, etc.).
• Familiarity with social media trends, storytelling, and engagement strategies.
• Ability to balance creativity with commercial goals (brand building + driving sales).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Basic knowledge of Thai market aesthetics, culture, and consumer preferences (advantage).
