About the role

This role plays a pivotal part in driving the transformation of Quality Operations, ensuring operational excellence across laboratories, control plans and core technologies.

The Quality Transformation Manager provides support on the implementation of major manufacturing changes (e.g.: new production lines and implementation of advanced manufacturing technologies), including the disentanglement of the Essential Home portfolio, defining the quality and compliance requirements and leading the applicable validations and tech transfers.

Additionally, acting as Site Hygienist, this role oversees and continuously improve the site hygiene programs, ensuring compliance with global quality, safety, regulatory and hygienic design standards.

This role partner cross-functionally to embed a proactive quality culture that drives continuous improvement, operational resilience, and consumer trust.

Your responsibilities

•Lead daily QC operations across Microbiology, Packaging Testing, Analytical Chemistry, and Manufacturing IPCs, ensuring compliance with GMP, GLP, regulatory, and Reckitt standards

•Drive efficiency and data integrity through advanced, automated QC systems

•Ensure robust documentation, deviation management, product release, change control, risk assessments, and CAPA processes using platforms like SAP, Veeva, and Optiva

•Build team capability and foster performance excellence through training and best practice adherence

•Represent Quality in major projects

•Lead FMEA processes to embed risk management and quality-by-design principles

•Partner with R&D, Engineering, and Supply for compliant launches

•Oversee validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), documentation, and regulatory alignment

•Provide clear reporting on progress and quality outcomes

•Act as a change leader, driving continuous improvement across quality systems and labs

•Lead quality disentanglement initiatives for the Essential Home portfolio

•Champion digitalization and automation to enhance efficiency and compliance

•Manage and continuously improve the Site Hygiene Program in line with global and regulatory standards

•Lead hygiene audits, training, and corrective actions in collaboration with EHS and operations teams

•Lead and develop a multidisciplinary quality team, promoting a culture of ownership and excellence

•Mentor and coach talent through structured development plans

The experience we're looking for

•Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Microbiology, Engineering, or related scientific disciplines.

•Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Quality roles, with at least 3 years in a site leadership position.

•Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP, GLP and related quality and regulatory frameworks.

•Proven experience in QC laboratory leadership, technology transfer, and validation is essential.

•Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.

•Familiarity with modern Quality tools and systems (e.g., Veeva, Optiva/PLM), statistical tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP), MES systems, and ERP tools (e.g., SAP).

•Fluent in English (written and spoken), Italian and other language skills are a plus
